Our modules are customised for each organisation.

• Modules are written for individual Trusts: Most healthcare learning materials are generic. At The Learning Clinic, we believe that one size doesn't fit all. Each module is localised for the Trust.
• Different versions of modules are created for different staff groups: On many of our modules, we create different versions for each staff group using the same basic material in a way that is most appropriate. This makes it possible to easily reach a range of staff.
• The system has been shown to change behaviour: The pilot of our Safe Medication Practice package showed a reduction in drug administration error rates following completion of the modules.
