Our learning modules are convenient and easy-to-use.

• Modules are localised: We work with an editorial team at each Trust to adapt each module, making it relevant and applicable – for example through the use of local case studies, policies and protocols.
• Module access is highly flexible: Since the modules are online, they can be accessed from any computer with an internet link. Staff can log on at any time and work through them at their own pace.
• Tried and tested, easy to use software: The system is intuitive and easy to use and based on an approach used in the financial industry for many years. We run introductory sessions which enables most staff to get going straight away.
• The system is a learning tool: At the end of each module there is a brief self-assessment with immediate feedback to the user. Sections which a user has scored weakly on can be retaken.
